Cancellations You may cancel your order ONLY within the first 24 hours after submitting your order. Cancellations will not be accepted after this time.
We reserve the right to refuse any customer's order if we feel it is not in the best interest of our company or the customer. We reserve the right to refuse an order with or without prior notice to the customer. When you submit your order to us, you agree to abide by these terms.
Monogrammed Orders: Unless specified, the correct way to enter your monogram is as follows: First Name initial, Last Name initial, Middle Name initial.
***HOLIDAY ORDERS*** Because of the enormous volume of orders we receive during the holidays, please place your orders by December 8th, 2009 for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Orders placed after this date will be processed promptly but we cannot guarantee they will be received before Christmas. We are doing everything humanly possible to process every order promptly; however, because we rely on many vendors, suppliers and shippers, we simply cannot guarantee that your orders placed after this date will be shipped for Christmas delivery.

SHIPPING INFORMATIONShipping Options: The Monogram Divas Boutique uses the United States Postal Service 2-3 Day Priority Mail as our preferred shipping method. This ensures our customers a reliable and cost-effective way of shipping their orders. A tracking number, issued by the USPS, will be sent with every order.
We also offer shipping via UPS for our expedited shipments. You may request UPS 2nd Day Air, for an additional charge. ALWAYS include a physical address when placing your order.
Shipping Time: The Monogram Divas Boutique keeps a large amount of products in stock at our premises. The remaining items we carry will ship directly from our distribution centers. Most items we carry will take between 3-5 business days to ship, unless otherwise indicated in the product description. Personalized orders generally take a little longer to process, please check the product description for availability.
If an item ordered is either out-of-stock or on back-order, we will notify you as soon as possible via telephone or email.
RUSH orders are available. If you need your order shipped sooner than our normal processing times, please let us know and we will be happy to work with you to expedite your order.
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. UPS is currently charging approximately $10 (or more) for address changes or corrections. We reserve the right to pass along the address correction fee to our customers.
Currently, we do not ship orders outside of the Contiguous United StatesREFUNDS & RETURNSWe want you to be satisfied with your purchase from us. We pride ourselves in the quality of our merchandise; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange or accept a return based on the following:
a. You contact us immediately, but no later than 3 days from receipt of your order, to obtain a Return Authorization number
b. You return the item(s) to us in perfect, unworn, unaltered condition AND in the original condition and packaging
c. You return the item(s) within 5 days from the day the Return Authorization was issued
Please be aware that returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange that does not meet this criteria. For your protection, on return shipments, please use a carrier who can provide you with a tracking number for your shipment. We are not responsible for return shipments lost or not delivered to us. Please be very careful when sending return shipments.
PERSONALIZED ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE OR REFUNDABLE, unless damaged or unless the wrong item is shipped to you.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON CLEARANCE ITEMS. Clearance items may not be returned or exchanged.
